Dani Levy, who now is one of my favorite people, sat down with me for a conversation to discuss the power of words and how we can shift our (and the collective) realities with our words.

Particularly when it comes to raising empowered children, we can be mindful of the words we use and the words that are being used in our children’s presence. In Dani’s book “The Language of Betterarchy,” she encourages us to replace labels (nouns) with verbs that shifts the energy of the thought from a definitive to just a curiosity and something we can move through.
